Client Analysis Lab
Client Consultations & Styling
This classroom-based course focuses on the art of connection and execution. Students will learn how to lead a thorough, confident client consultation while identifying needs, setting expectations, and building trust. The class also covers speed blowout techniques and foundational styling methods designed for efficiency and polish behind the chair.
Held from 10:00am–5:00pm, this course sharpens both communication and styling skills to elevate the full client experience.
Pigment Formulation Lab
Formulation
This classroom-based class breaks down the science behind great color. Students will gain a deep understanding of underlying pigments, advanced color theory, and proper formulation techniques to create predictable, repeatable results.
Held from 10:00am–5:00pm, this course is designed to eliminate guesswork and build true confidence in color formulation.

This live, hands-on class focuses on advanced highlighting techniques every stylist needs to master. Students will learn a full head highlight, partial highlight, and lowlight application with an emphasis on placement, efficiency, and consistency.

This advanced salon-floor class is designed to refine freehand technique and intentional placement. Students will learn two in-demand looks: a high-contrast balayage and a lived-in balayage, focusing on control, blend, and finish.

Weft Chemistry
Hand-Tied Extensions
This live salon-floor class covers the fundamentals and finesse of hand-tied extensions. Students will learn proper hand-tied weft installation, techniques for creating seamless length and volume, and how to correctly cut and customize extensions. The class also addresses coloring extensions when needed for a flawless blend.

Front Desk Coordination & Salon Operations
This classroom-based course breaks down the systems that keep a salon running smoothly. Students will learn how to manage the front desk, book and optimize appointments, maximize daily productivity, navigate a POS system, and confidently handle common salon challenges, ensure optimal guest experience.

Financial Longevity Lab
Business Banking & Building Financial Freedom
This off-site class is designed to help beauty professionals take control of their finances and build long-term stability. Students will learn how to set up and manage a business bank account, understand taxes, navigate loans, open and manage retirement accounts, and create an Eco-systems that support a stronger financial future.
Held at a local partner bank with The Mod Labb from 11:00am–3:00pm, this class turns financial knowledge into real-world confidence and clarity.
