Front Desk Coordination & Salon Operations

This classroom-based course breaks down the systems that keep a salon running smoothly. Students will learn how to manage the front desk, book and optimize appointments, maximize daily productivity, navigate a POS system, and confidently handle common salon challenges, ensure optimal guest experience.

Held in the Mod Academy classroom from 10:00am–5:00pm, this class is designed to build efficiency, professionalism, and problem-solving skills on the business side of the salon.
