Product Knowledge & Retail Selling

This classroom-based course dives deep into Wella retail products and how to sell them with confidence and integrity. Students will learn how to match products to client needs, communicate value, and implement retail strategies that increase ticket totals without feeling salesy.

Taught in the Mod Academy classroom from 10:00am–5:00pm, this class is designed to turn product knowledge into consistent retail success.
